Warranty Information
Quad-Skates.co.uk will warrant the use of Roller Skates against failures and defects for up to 30 days.
Due to the nature of Roller Sports and the fair wear and tear of sports rated products, we are unable to guarantee this item against aggressive, bowl, jumping from height or extreme skating use.
Brites Plates are warranted for Recreational Skate Use which excludes the following:
- Aggressive Skating
- Extreme Skating
- Ramp Skating
- Jumping from height
Wear and Tear definition
Wear and tear is perfectly normal for sportswear / footwear and will degrade over time, frequency of use and the style of skating will affect the rate of wear. We define wear and tear as the age related use of a product, deteriorating over time. Where it can be proven premature (or excessive) wear and tear has occurred, we will ensure a repair or replacement is completed, in line with the Distance Selling Regulations.
Consumable items
Consumable items are considered to be the following products and excluded from the wear and tear definition:
- Skate Laces
- Bearings
- Toe Stops
- Skate Plugs
- Bushings
- Pivot Cups
