XLS vs. XLP? Which is best?
We're regularly asked about the difference between the Bauer XLS and XLP. There's very little difference in the way they fit, they're both sized in the same way with a regular width fitting. Each boot has a slight different styling - the XLS has white accents whilst the XLP has Blue and White accents. Other differences are as follows...
The Bauer XLS has a lime green microfibre liner and the XLP has a blue/grey fleece liner. The fleece liner will be a bit warmer when skating. The XLP is fitted with a lace pad (guard) on the tongue - not essential for roller skating. The boots are the same fit and fitting and there is a £10 difference between the XLS and XLP (XLP is £10 more).
