Another Grumpy Customer....
Yet another grumpy customer, ordered a pair of bauer skates on 22nd December for delivery to the USA. Now, this time of year is always tricky to get things built and shipped in time for Xmas - this customer thought they knew better when on the 26th December, sent the most aggressive and rude email demanding their tracking number or they will take this further.
Politely, I reminded the customer it is a national holiday in the UK and we won't be shipping any products until January, as advised on our website header banner.
A couple of hours later, a Trust Pilot review from this customer, cursing our customer service etc etc... This was clearly some buffoon who didn't understand our limited ability to dispatch items due to courier companies limitation and the expectation of next day shipping for all products.
It was another disappointing experience with a customer who, despite advising their expectations could not be me, and somewhat unrealistic to build and dispatch in a 3-day turn around to the USA, at Xmas - was all too much.
So, another unhappy customer. Sorry not sorry we couldn't teleport your skates around the world in time. We're good - just not that good.
